School Council presents a workshop for all parents/guardians in our school community, with guest speakers from KW Counselling Services and Carizon, Lutherwood, and Front Door.

Our goal is to provide information and resources to parents of children who may experience some anxiety.

Some topics covered will include:

• recognizing signs of worry or anxiety in children
• some strategies that can help ease the worry
• when it’s time to seek help for your child
• where to turn for help and support in our community

Pink RSVP letters were asked to be returned to the school by October 21 so we can estimate the number of participants.  All are welcome, even if you didn’t RSVP!

Please join us on Wednesday, October 26 from 7-9 pm in the Hespeler Public School Library.
