This year, with the help of our students and their families, we will be participating in a fundraising campaign to raise money for augmenting technology in the classroom (i.e. Ipads, Chromebooks). We will be providing the opportunity for our families to order from two Gift Brochures. Third Wave Fundraising offers, SANTAS LITTLE HELPERS AND FOOD FOR THOUGHT and the two programs provide you with a unique selection of items. You will be able to choose from a variety of greeting cards, gift ware, wrapping paper, jewelery, household helpers and gourmet food items.
Please help us by taking as many orders as you can from friends, family and co-workers. We do not suggest door-to-door sales without the permission or supervision of parents.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Please complete ALL information on the order form and print clearly with a blue or black pen.
- Add up your sales and write the total dollar amount on your order form.
- Please return your money together with ALL THREE order forms and the back page from the Treasure Map of Prizes. You will receive a copy of your original order form with your order.
- Please make cheques payable to: Hespeler Public School NOT THIRD WAVE FUNDRAISING
INCENTIVE PRIZES
Prizes are based on individual sales levels and student prizes will delivered with your order. Please indicate the prize you have selected on the 3 part order form as well as the prize brochure.
Example 1: Sell $30-$59, receive any ONE prize from level A
Example 2: Sell $60-99, receive any ONE prize from level B
